How It Works

Getting started takes three simple steps:

1. Take the qualification survey. Answer a few quick questions to see if you’re a match. It’s free, takes about 5 to 10 minutes, and there’s no commitment.
2. Book your session. If you qualify, pick a morning or afternoon time slot at the Hudson Yards facility.
3. Show up and get paid. Spend around 3 hours testing new wearable technology with trained research staff guiding you. Your $200 is credited to your account after the session.

What to Expect

You’ll be trying out a prototype wearable device, a comfortable non-invasive sensor wristband, by performing guided hand and arm movements. Some sessions may involve AR or VR interaction. Everything is supervised by professional research staff at a secure facility.

Before your visit, you’ll receive consent forms and a non-disclosure agreement to sign electronically.

Good to Know

• Who can apply: Ages 18 to 75, fluent in English, available during Monday to Friday business hours. No prior experience needed.
• Allergy note: If you have a nickel or gold allergy, mention it in the survey as it may affect eligibility.
• How you get paid: The $200 is added to a digital wallet after your session, redeemable as a gift card (options include Virtual Visa, Amazon, Best Buy, and more). Processing can take up to 20 business days.
• Location: In-person at a research facility in Hudson Yards, New York, NY. Morning and afternoon slots available.
